All of the single family homes are ranch style. Some have walk out basements and some are garden level.
All have attached 2 stall garages with some having an additional tandem area to park a golf cart.
These homes are all single family ranch style and are lovely with vaulted ceilings and unique layouts. There are fewer of these homes and they are located only on the West side of Heritage Eagle Bend.
These are duplexes which share one common wall with the roof mate. The duplexes range in size from 1,417 sq ft to 1,737 sq ft. Some have walk out basements. The Traditions have an additional HOA which takes care of snow removal, lawn care and irrigation water. Roofs are replaced every 20 years and exterior painting is done periodically. Owners will need to maintain full homeowners insurance as they are responsible for hail damage, but the HOA will reimburse up to $1,000 towards the deductible.
Townhomes which are in multiplex units. They range in size from 1,182 sq ft to 1,493 sq ft and do not have basements. Villages have an additional HOA which takes care of snow removal, lawn care and irrigation water. Owners do not need to have full homeowners insurance as the HOA takes care of the roofs if there is hail damage.
